  Bern Is it ever possible for the public to realize how pathetically incompetent the leaders of the house are?  Sir H not if they keep offering jail terms to those who ignore or disobey them. Locking things up works and always look like a solution  to some simpletons.   Bern   But then the jails are full, people are cancelled and thinking people have the sense that we are not seriously avoiding quick fix .  Sir H    Very good question, If the leaders have a scapegoat for all their meddling in managing people and things (real ecomanagement is too hard much like hard work for them ), they can distract the easily distracted screen watchers .     The thing that keeps them live is to always, when past solutions fail, is to offer the public a new way out of jail.
