I am sick of hearing people make estimates and talk numbers  but we all know they are just guessing . Nobody knows who is going to die so  I will assume all could die.

People only get confused if you keep talking numbers .

But cases testing may just tell you much only a bit about where it spreading and growing fast at a moment in time .( Cost benefit should concern you!) 
Many experts say you are chasing snow balls in a blizzard. Your view of evil agent is limited  because the correlations  are complex  100 yrs of working with coronaviruses  demonstrates that they keep changing and we may have to live with them . 
You probably need randomize testing and correlation with actual levels of sickness and death . the context ,the coomordities, the etiology and the other biome factors on site .

People in power get desperate when they face a real world problem.

You only realize how incompetent we all are when a real crisis hits . And then now with our media in a fanatical frenzy to try and survive the internet  ,we have the cocontentation of the interests of all wannabes ( that's a lot of us if we let it be )
